Update to Love City Car Ferries, Inc. Complimentary Rides Program

We hope this message finds you well. At Love City Car Ferries, Inc., we understand the importance of accessible transportation, particularly for those with medical needs. For years, we have been honored to offer complimentary rides to individuals requiring transportation for specific medical reasons, such as dialysis and cancer treatment. In addition, we have been proud to offer complimentary rides to select customers as a token of appreciation for their continued support.

However, it has recently come to our attention that there have been instances of misuse of this privilege. Despite our best intentions, some individuals have taken advantage of our complimentary rides program, resulting in challenges for us to sustain this service for those who truly rely on it. As a result, we find it necessary to make adjustments to our complimentary rides program to ensure fairness and sustainability for all our customers.

Effective March 15, 2024, Love City Car Ferries, Inc. will be implementing the following changes to our complimentary rides program:

1. Frequency Limitations: While we remain committed to assisting our customers with medical needs, there will be limitations on the number of complimentary rides provided within a specified time frame.
2. Enhanced Verification Process: We will be implementing a stricter verification process to ensure that our complimentary medical rides are allocated to those who genuinely require them.
   
3. Eligibility Criteria: Complimentary rides will only be extended to customers who meet specific eligibility criteria, as determined by Love City Car Ferries, Inc. Management.
4. Non Medical: There will be a limitations on the number complimentary rides provided within a specified time frame for non medical complimentary rides.
   

These changes are designed to maintain the integrity of our complimentary rides program and ensure that it remains available to those who truly value and appreciate it. We understand that this adjustment may inconvenience some of our customers, but we believe it is necessary to uphold fairness and accountability within our community.
