The "On Time" Car Ferry in the United States Virgin Islands

We love our customers and we intend to respect their time.  As such, please arrive on time when catching the M/V Capt. Vic.  Our car ferry schedule between St. Thomas and St. John can be found here.  We are the car ferry of choice, especially when you need to leave on time.  We know that customers utilize our services for various reasons:

1. some are traveling strictly for pleasure or entertainment,
2. but others may have medical appointments,
3. have to go to work,
4. have to run errands on the sister island,
5. or may need to catch a plane.

Whatever your reason, we understand and we are here to serve you.  As a result, we attempt to leave on time each and every time.  At times, we may accommodate someone arriving at the last minute.  Or we may have an unforeseen issue.  But these things don't happen too often.  

If we ever make you late, by not leaving on schedule, just let us know. Yes, call the office 340-779-4000 and complain.  Once your complaints are verifiable, we will send you a coupon in the mail where your next trip will be half off.
