We understand that the recent long lines at the car ferry terminals have caused frustration and inconvenience for many of our passengers. We want to assure you that we sympathize with your situation and we're doing everything we can to accommodate as many travelers as possible. We understand that the long lines today are due to our competitor's vessel being down for maintenance, which is beyond our control. Also, one of our vessels is currently offline for scheduled maintenance. However, we're doing our best to manage the situation by extending the number of trips by the M/V Grand Vic beyond our scheduled 14 trips. This may mean that the vessel may be slightly off schedule today. We appreciate your patience during this time and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
