We would like to remind you of our policy regarding refunds on our transportation services. Love City Car Ferries, Inc. provides no refunds for transactions where the one leg of your round trip has been completed.

However, we will continue to offer refunds for cancellations made 3 days  prior to the scheduled departure time and for any changes or cancellations made by Love City Car Ferries, Inc.

We would like to emphasize that our docks are managed by the Virgin Islands Port Authority(VIPA) and not by Love City Car Ferries, Inc. Therefore, if customers mistakenly board the wrong vessel, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.  We urge you to speak up for yourselves at the docks and do not allow VIPA officials to put you on the wrong company's vessel. This is imperative because at such time, you are already within the 3 day no refund window.

The US Virgin Islands is a wonderful place to visit. As a Territory of the United States, American travelers can enjoy the no hassle, no passport necessary, ease of traveling. They can use their favorite airlines such as Delta, American, even Jet Blue and many others. Upon arrival, they don't have to worry about currency exchanges because the US Dollar is used. There are so many conveniences associated with traveling to the US Virgin Islands.

St. John, as one of the smaller US Virgin Islands, is even more secluded than the larger islands because it has no major airport. Thus, the only access to St. John is by sea. Here are some tips for traveling to St. John. If you have already experienced the uniqueness of this hidden gem, then feel free to share some tips of your own. 

1. Visit the online USVI Travel Portal to stay up to date with requirements for entering the Territory. 
2. Since St. John can only be accessed by sea, book your ferry ride more than 3 days in advance.
3. Remember to drive on the left. This is a remnant of our Danish colonial times. But it is all we have ever known. So be careful and stay left. Also while driving, slow down. We have winding roads, steep hills, and wild donkeys. 
4. Say good morning, good afternoon, and in general be respectful, it will go a long way with the locals and you will truly experience the love in Love City.
5. Wear sunscreen, be safe and have fun! 

Love City Car Ferries, Inc. is revamping the way it communicates with the general public. In the past, we posted on several social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, etc. In addition, we've posted to our company's blog. However, as a small company  with limited staff and no social media specialist, it becomes difficult to keep up with comments across multiple platforms.  Thus, in order to focus on other matters and still communicate with the general public, we have decided to limit our communication to the blog and Google My Business. So, to hear about us, subscribe to our blog and visit us online where we will post schedule changes, sales etc.

Also, beginning May 1st, 2022, all Vic Sea Miles Club customers will be given access to a private membership site where they will be first to know about matters pertaining to Love City Car Ferries, Inc. Thus, we will be able to prioritize their concerns.

Effective April 23, 2022 Love City's FaceBook and Instagram will be deleted.

But today, we would like to specifically highlight our loyalty program, Vic Sea Miles Club. If you ride with us, you get perks. More importantly, if prices change, our loyal customers may not be affected at the same rate. In simple terms, when others pay more, you pay less. 

To become a Vic Sea Miles Club Member, simply complete the online form. We will send your loyalty card number via email and your physical card by mail. Once you have the number, reference it to the cashier every time you ride. If you complete 6 rides in one quarter, you will automatically receive a free ride or bonus money. At the end of the year, you may also receive gift certificates. Finally, you will be entered into our customer of the year contest, with perks such as free rides for an entire month. Don't miss out on these opportunities.
